I felt CIEPAL is quite user-friendly ATS covering almost all the aspects of the Recruiting Life Cycle. It's dashboards and reporting system helps the management an instant insight on the overall team performance and customer satisfaction. I would certainly recommend CIEPAL for any company looking out for a good ATS/Talent Management System to optimize their workflow.
We started using Ceipal Talenthire since September 2015. The Product has improved since then and has a lot of functionality in tracking candidates. It has good connectivity with job boards.
Being in recruiting field for years, I have used multiple ATS tools but nothing was like CEIPAL - Talent Hire. And one thing I really want to appreciate is TalentHire has all the features that a recruiter ever needs. I see day by day development team is adding more features and making it as easy as possible. It took very little time for us to switch to it and as of now, it made us to stop hunting for any other ATS tool. And my special thanks to service team, they are just a call away for any query about the tool. Hemanth and Srikanth are the service providers whom I am with, from the day one. It's both management and staff driven tool and having customized features and quite affordable price, Can't beat it ! The mobility service is highly superb , which can work by a single click! Clear and crispy date interpretation and highly sophisticated designed pictorial representation for clear analysis of daily , weekly and monthly team activities to monitor and scrutiny . I recommend without any second thought to go with CEIPAL ATS - very affordable and user friendly !
Been using the tool for the past 2 months and have found it satisfactory in meeting our goals. The posting and applicant submitting, bulk mailing and social sites and job portal mailing features are great. Needs requirement assigning feature through outlook plugin.
When I began using TalentHire, I was hesitant; However, as I used it on a consistent basis, I became familiar with the software as well as how to search profiles at Job Boards, posting positions, assigning positions to recruiters, etc. It saves time and it is very user friendly compared to other software. I would highly recommend this product.
We have been using this tool - Talenthire by CEIPAL and this certainly helps us in tracking each of the client positions / requirements . It also gives a detailed summary of pipe-lined candidates and their statuses to move their candidatures for further stages. Our recruiters also get their daily dashboard with Submissions and Interviews Scheduled which help them to stay focused on their candidates.
I have been using TalentHire for 6 months now. It's a great product with easy to use UI. Extremely useful for business and most liked by my recruitment team. I would not hesitate to recommend this product. We have moved from another ATS to TalentHire to save time and save money. Resume parsing, Outlook plugin, Job templates and On -boarding are great features helping my business.
CEIPAL- Talenthire is a fantastic ATS. It is very easy to use, requiring minimal training for new users and is one of the most easily configurable Applicant Tracking Systems I have seen/used. Unlike other systems, the API can be used for any integrations at no cost. Additionally, you can configure triggers, email templates, new workflows, statuses etc. easily on the fly. The only piece I would like to have but, the searching capability, Job posting, on boarding Bulk mailing, integration ability, ease of use and candidate record keeping are fantastic. I recommend it for companies who are on the staffing side, corporate or a mix of both.
